The images are not loading, what do I do?

While we have taken every precaution to ensure you can see pictures of your students, we understand that sometimes images might not show up. Here are some steps you can take:

1. Refresh the page: Sometimes, a page refresh can resolve the issue. Click the refresh button in your browser.

2. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Unstable connections can prevent images from loading properly.

3. Clear Cache: Cached data might interfere with image loading. Clear your cache and try reloading the page.

4. Disable Browser Extensions: If using a browser, some extensions might block images. Temporarily disable extensions to see if they are causing the problem. 

5. Ensure Image Loading is Enabled: Some devices have settings that can disable image loading. Check your device settings to ensure that images are set to load automatically.

6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, please reach out to our support team. Provide details about the issue, including the browser and device you are using, to help us diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.
